Cruor -> Gil Ratio

Hi,


I know many people spend excess cruor on weapons/armor from Abyssea then NPC sell them for gil.

My question is, is there anything in particular that's good to buy in terms of cruor spent -> gil earned from selling ratio?



i.e. minimal cruor spent, most gil earned. Or even just most efficient stuff to buy/sell in terms of time spent acquiring and selling.
